TNC owes its origins to a spin off in 1946 from the New York Merchandise Company, Inc. (formerly listed on the American Stock Exchange, AMEX). Binding arbitration is contractually stipulated between Bridges and the client and would be administered by the American Arbitration Association, the IHK, or agreed upon alternative.
